Good riddance to 2008
I don't know about you, but 2008 sure was interesting in a chinese curse kinda way. It drank all my booze, ate all my food, left dirty socks on he coffee table, woke up the neighbors, made my cats cry, and tracked muddy footprints all over my life.
Now in 2009, sure we're in a recession, but that only means things can only get better from here on in. CAN. ONLY. GET. BETTER. *knocking wood*
Please raise a glass with me on this first day of a fantastic year to come. May we drink together of the joyous good fortune that comes with success, family, friendship, and love. Let us celebrate our blessings, lean on each other in times of strife, and always look forward to a better tomorrow.
