I was having a very bad day last week. When I have a bad day, I usually buy stuff to make myself feel better (which isn't always a good/healthy/smart thing to do).
So to stave off the blues, I got the second season of Superman the animated series. I haven't always been a huge Supes fan, but I've always been impressed with the other animated series' that have come out in the last 10 years (Batman, Justice League, JLU, etc.).
But the second season is a bit less than 10 years old and I'm finding it amusing how the animation and the direction style has changed from just 10 years ago up to today. The flow of action and movement in the animation seems slower and a bit more erratic than anything I've seen in Justice League/Unlimited. I'm assuming this has to do with the digitalization of 2D animation (having worked at Toon Boom, I've learned alot about the animation process).
Still... it's fun to see Supes in action.
