Good heavens. Buy me a drink sometime and we'll talk. In a nutshell I suppose it would be that life is meant for learning and growth.

Yes, unless I was firmly convinced you were wrong. Even in that case I'd probably defend you, if not your position.

I'm lousy at keeping secrets. I blurt things. So probably not.

Dancing at Rose and Stefan's wedding.

If I was the best match available and had one to spare, yes. I'd like to think I'd do the same for most if not all of my friends.

I'm hardly in any position to tell others how to change. I might encourage you to be a better person - or perhaps to learn to tell your own story with as much flair as you do your other tales.
