I don't know if all the Fabricvilles are going out of business, but the one on Somerled (near Cavendish) is selling all their material at 50% off (for both members and non-members). I'm told the sale will be going on until the end of December.

Might be a good place to go for you costuming stuff. It's where we went to get our costume material for this weekend's parties.

I love Halloween. Every year, I come up with some outlandish new costume, and sometimes, I win costume contests!

This year, I'm attending a party whose them is the age of debate of "Ninjas vs Pirates". Fortunately, my lady is a seamstress of such talent, she's making me my costume (mainly 'cause I can't sew a button on my shirt without setting the drapes on fire).

I'll be sure to put photos up after the fact, but to give you a hint and some context to the concept, you must watch these two clips. This will be all I will say on the matter.
