My Kingdom for a PayPal account

Does anyone have a PayPal account I could borrow for a <$15 item? I won this auction item on ebay, but I failed to notice that the seller won't accept Canadian Money Orders specifically (although he won't explain why).

His only solution is that I send him cash by the mail (which I won't do). If somebody has a PayPal or BidPay account, could you pay for this item and have him ship it to me? I'll send you a cheque or pay you in person for it.

I've been getting stuff on ebay for years now and I've never seen a seller who refuses to take Canadian Money Orders. Weird.

Update: Thanks to everyone who got back to me. I got a friend to use her PayPal account to send the money to the guy. I appreciate the support!

Why don't you get a PayPal account? It is easy and fast.

I used to have a PayPal account, but when I got my credit card re-issued, it no longer worked with PayPal. I hadn't bothered to get it updated.
